Sometimes, you get thrown into a den of lions. This is exactly what happened to this angel, and he was completely unprepared.
This was still before the Earth became land, and the waters became waters. Everything was still the heavens. And everyone lived in the heavens.
An angel was walking one day and fell into a trap. This angel was captured by his fellow angel, and then thrown to his pet lion.
"Why are you throwing me in here?" He asked.
"Because my lion needs food, and you fell into my trap. This is called natural selection."
"I don't know anything about that." He said. "Either way I don't want to be thrown to the lions."
"Either way, you shall." And so his fellow angel threw him in the lions pen. He hit the ground and fell, hurting his shoulder.
"Ow," he said. He looked up and the lion was sleeping in the corner. This is a really old lion. Well, gotta figure out how to get out of here. He looked up. It was an open space. Let me try to fly out. He took his shirt off. He looked at his back. There were wings there.
Ok, then. "Lets go." He said. And he flew out the lions den.
A couple days later he was thinking about the lion. I wonder if he's still hungry. He flew back over to the lions pen. He landed inside.
"Have you eaten, lion?" He asked.
"No." The lion responded.
"I brought you some food." He took out some dried watermelons and chilis.
"I brought this for you." He said. The lion looked at it and ate 30lbs in one hour.
"Okay, don't eat anymore angels." He said.
"What else will I eat?" The lion said.
"You're right. I will carry you out."
"What if I fall?" The lion asked.
"You won't fall." The angel took the lion and carried him to his house.
"Now you can live with me and I will feed you."
"Okay." Said the lion.
The angel and the lion lived happily ever after.
